Welcome to Joyfully Centered!
"Joyfully Centered" began as two key words to remind founder, Heather Rausch, to get back to center when facing challenge. This effective daily mantra, and what's behind it, turned into a method now delivered through corporate & community workshops, keynotes, and has since inspired thought leader summits, retreats, a podcast, and curriculum. With books and a certification program on the way. It resonates, because it sticks.
These two meaningful words inspired a worldwide Perspective Project.
A Joyfully Centered Perspective is a choice that enhances life experiences, communication, relationships, company cultures and makes it easier to navigate the complexities of today's world. The results are astounding, the philosophy - easy to adopt. It's not another theory, it's a life skill that boosts well-being, success, and becomes an intentional way of living and being, making our lives and world exponentially better - and it's all within our control.
We invite YOU to engage to experience the "magic" that comes through
awareness, agency, and action.

Hi! I'm Heather Rausch
Foxfire Events CEO, Joyfully Centered Founder & Thought Leader
After years of persevering, an array of interesting experiences, becoming obsessed with emotional intelligence and neuroscience, and conversations with leaders around the world, I've learned that at the core of our being, we all want very similar things. And, we all have challenges, self-doubt, and experience loss, sadness, and transitions that sometimes seem easy, other times, insurmountable.
The thing that's made it easier for me, and those I've engaged with, to persevere - is having what I call, a Joyfully Centered perspective. It's a tried-and-true method I've put to the test over many years, and through many scenarios - love, loss, brain surgery, dementia care, career transitions, communications, friendship, leadership, differing viewpoints, illness, grievance, business scaling, family stuff, life transitions. And the best news, it's not hard to adopt.
We're all capable of living Joyfully Centered - if we choose to.
I've made it my mission to teach people how to cultivate this skill and to teach organizations how to adopt a Joyfully Centered culture for the sustainability and health of their teams, and their organization. No matter the type of transition, challenge, or experience, we get to choose how we think about it and how we approach it. What we think matters - it shapes our experience.
Joyfully Centered living is a life skill. It doesn't ask us to ignore what's hard or tragic - it encourages to "feel the feels" and as we work through them, it shows us where we have agency, and how to powerfully create our next experiences. I invite you to engage with us to nurture this skill, gain understanding and more fully enjoy the life you're creating. Own it, Choose it, Be Joyfully Centered.
